Buying A 3-Bed London House Without Private Parking

Historically speaking, there have been times when a 3-bed London house with private off-street parking in or close to a city centre has sold in half the time that it has taken for an incredibly similar 3-bed house on the same street to sell without off-street parking.

Off-street parking is one of the most crucial aspects of a 3-bed family home in or near to a city centre.

Many, many 3-bed houses in Prime Central London (even at the £5,000,000+ price point) simply do not have private off-street parking, which may come as a surprise to a lot of people.

The cost of a simple parking space in Prime Central London can be extortionate!

“Off-street parking is one of the most crucial aspects of a 3-bed family home in or near to a city centre.”

Also, the likelihood of said parking space being in the perfect location in comparison to where your 3-bed house is, is very unlikely.

Having said that, a number of people who live in Central London don’t drive!

It all depends on whether you will actually drive or not and if you are planning on driving, how regularly will that be?

Would you be willing to a different part of London, or just slightly away from your desired location to get a 3-bed house with dedicated off-street parking?

Or, would you be willing to buy a 3-bed house without this and live considerably closer to a city centre, such as London?
