A townhouse in Mayfair may be used by a family who would like to permanently base themselves in Mayfair and raise their children in the heart of Prime Central London and would want to be within walking distance of great schools…

There are very good schools in and around Mayfair, with St. George's Hanover Square Primary School, and Eaton Square Senior School being very popular with locals.

A townhouse in Mayfair may be used by a family who is going to visit for a few weeks over the course of the summer, in which case they would most likely prefer to be within walking distance of streets such as New Bond Street, Old Bond Street, The Burlington Arcade and Savile Row or closer to Bond Street.

Alternatively, they my wish to be close to Hyde Park, St James’s Park or Green Park…

If you’re looking for a townhouse in Mayfair, a lot of thought has to go into which area of Mayfair you’d like to live in and what lifestyle you’re looking for also has to be taken into account…

Which part of Mayfair would you look to buy a townhouse in?
