Dream Garage

garage

noun

  1. a building for keeping one or more cars or other vehicles in

In certain parts of London, a garage is a real luxury…

For example, in true Prime Central London, parking spaces can often exchange hands for £250,000 and above.

What I would ask is “how many people park a car in their garage?”

Would a homeowner in Prime Central London?

Absolutely!

However, would a homeowner do so in St George’s Hill?

Would a homeowner in Sandbanks?

Would a homeowner in Alderley Edge?

“In true Prime Central London, parking spaces can often exchange hands for £250,000 and above.”

Period garages are often rather small in size. Most modern day cars simply do not fit in them!

Even if their car fits inside their garage, a lot of homeowners are choosing to not use it for that purpose…

It could be a home gym…

It could be converted to a home office…

It could be converted to an annexe…

It could be used for storage…

In a lot of cases, a garage is attached to the house, which can allow for the homeowner to have direct access to it, making life easier.

What would you do with your dream garage?
