Leaving London Is Becoming More Popular
Due to coronavirus, lots of home buyers are looking to move out of London into the Home Counties countryside or into more rural locations.
Research from Rightmove has shown that just under one third of buyers (30% to be exact) have explained that lockdown and the coronavirus has made them want to live in a more peaceful, green location.
Working from home has of course been the order of the day…
A lot of families and people who would usually spend 2 hours per day, on average, commuting into London have found comfort in being able to work from home and actually that they have been more productive with their time working from home or a home office.

Home buyers have realised that they can move to the Home Counties or further afield for a lovely lifestyle and can get more for their money at the same time.
Some are choosing a to purchase a London bolthole for weekends or as and when needed as well as buying a rural country retreat as their main residence.
