Living In Fulham, London

What Makes it Unique?

Fulham is an incredibly popular residential area and is well known for being an area in which Central London flat owners often choose to move to and is partly situated on the River Thames.

These home buyers often move here when they are looking for either more space, more for their money or to potentially start a family, due to value for money compared to Central London, good schools and an area in which lots of other families live…

The fact that it is next door to world renowned Chelsea adds to its appeal, as does the fact that it has a wide range of superb boutique restaurants and shops, as well as being home to Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre.

Fulham is also home to some very good farmers’ markets in Bishops Park Farmers’ and Fine Foods Market and Parsons Green Farmers’ Market.

Fulham has a strong community feel to it, which is often lacking in Prime Central London (PCL) areas such as Knightsbridge…

Fulham residents are often seen stopping for a long catch up with a neighbour or a local friend, which can sometimes be lacking in PCL areas, which adds to the appeal for young professionals and young families.

Overall, it is a very green area, with lots of green spaces dotted all around, which is a big part of the appeal of Fulham.
