Living In Knightsbridge, London

What Makes it Unique?

Knightsbridge is famous for its incredible luxurious properties and for its world-exclusive shopping – most notably Harrods – as well as on streets such as Walton Street, Sloane Street, and Beauchamp Place as well as numerous sought-after restaurants.

It is located next door to Belgravia and directly borders Hyde Park, making it a superb location in which to live.

Some of the world’s most expensive properties are situated in Knightsbridge.

One Hyde Park set records at the time with flats selling for more than £160,000,000 (circa $200,000,000+) with prices per sq ft being recorded as £7,000/ sq ft (circa $9,600+ sq ft).

Within buildings such as One Hyde Park, some of the amenities are amongst the best in the world, which is often a draw for both British buyers and foreign buyers alike.

Rather surprisingly to some, given the amount of redevelopment that has taken place in prime areas of Central London and London as a whole, Knightsbridge has remained mostly the same.

The Royal Albert Hall is based in Knightsbridge and The Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) are all within walking (or a short taxi ride!) away…
