Living In Primrose Hill, London

What Makes It Unique?

Primrose Hill is somewhat of a hidden gem within Prime London, as it does not necessarily immediately spring to mind when people are looking to buy a home in London.

People typically tend to look towards Belsize Park, Marylebone and St John’s Wood before looking into living in Primrose Hill!

The “Primrose Hill set” - essentially groups of celebrities and socialites within the art and theatre worlds - made Primrose Hill into a sought-after area of London in which to live in in the 1990’s.

It is hard to beat Primrose Hill in terms of its location…

Regent’s Park is incredibly close, as are Belsize Park and St John’s Wood, giving home buyers access to all that these areas have to offer.

There are a number of independent cafes and independent shops in Primrose Hill which are very popular with locals.

However, the fact that they can walk (or get a very quick taxi ride) to other nearby areas makes Primrose Hill an even better place to live.

Primrose Hill itself has some stunning views over London and the most sought-after properties are arguably located on roads such as Chalcot Crescent, Chalcot Square and Regent’s Park Road.

Transport in the local area includes access to and from Chalk Farm station and Camden Town station, which are both on the Northern Line and connects Chalk Farm and Camden to Euston, King’s Cross St. Pancras, Bank and Leicester Square (of course as well as many, many other tube stops!)…
