Where Is Prime West London?

Prime West London (PWL) is very popular…

In fact, certain roads within PWL are some of the most sought after roads in all of London…

There is more of a relaxed vibe in many areas within West London in comparison to Prime Central London (PCL).

Typically, speaking, you also get more for your money in PWL than in comparison to PCL.

Now, as to where PWL actually is…

Historically, PWL was Fulham and then Fulham & Parsons Green, after the expansion of PCL to Chelsea.

Nowadays, PWL is made up of:

Fulham & Parsons Green,

Brook Green,

Chiswick & Strand On The Green,

Ealing.

It is popular with young families and professionals looking to get more space for their money.

Some of the most expensive flats in West London are situated on the River Thames…

You will typically pay £1,000 and upwards per sq ft for a prime flat on the River Thames as an example…

One area that is up and coming is Shepherd’s Bush, which is located to the west of Notting Hill and could potentially become a part of PWL over the course of the next decade.

It is home Westfield shopping centre along with the Overground and Underground stations that connect the Central, Circle and Hammersmith lines that allow you to get to Oxford Circus in circa 12 minutes, and Liverpool Street in circa 22 minutes.

Another area that has always flirted with the PWL set is Hammersmith, which is in between Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush and Chiswick.

One my favourite roads in all of London is St. Peters Square in Hammersmith…

There are some gorgeous flats here!

This is good value for money if you are after a beautiful flat in a lovely location, with superb links to central London in comparison to what you’d be able buy in a prime road in nearby Chelsea or South Kensington for the same money.

Have you ever considered living in PWL?
