Mayfair is well known for the grand period buildings and properties and is one of the best areas in the world for shopping, with Oxford Street, Bond Street, and New Bond Street all being popular with locals and tourists alike, as well as traditional shopping arcades like Burlington Arcade, Piccadilly Arcade and Royal Arcade being one of the first places that visitors to Mayfair visit.

Next door St James’s is home to Fortnum & Mason and Jermyn Street, whilst Mayfair is home to Savile Row, which is known worldwide for being the best tailoring street for men in the world.

Some of the best hotels in the world are located here, including: The Ritz, The Westbury, The Connaught, Brown’s Hotel and Claridge’s, as well as many more.
