What Makes It Unique?

Pimlico is superb because it is incredibly close to Prime Central London (PCL) and yet it is very peaceful and calm.

You can easily walk to a range of prime areas, including: Belgravia (17 minutes), Sloane Square (16 minutes) and Knightsbridge (26 minutes) as well as popular attractions, such as The London Eye (30 minutes) and Big Ben (25 minutes).

There are some superb green spaces nearby, like St James’s Park (20 minutes), and Green Park (21 minutes) and Pimlico is not in the congestion charging zone, although it is next door to areas such as Westminster, which is in the congestion charging zone.

Properties situated around garden squares, such as Warwick Square and Eccleston Square are among the most popular in Pimlico and come with high price tags to match.

Pimlico is home to incredible transport links and Pimlico station is on the Victoria Line, which connects commuters to Victoria (2 minutes), Green Park (3 minutes), Oxford Circus (5 minutes) and King’s Cross (10 minutes).

Oxford Street is only a 17 minute drive away and Regent Street is only a 15 minute drive away, giving home buyers access to some of the best shopping streets in the world.

Schooling in and around Pimlico is good, with the most sought-after schools arguably being: Westminster School, Eaton Square School, Eaton House Belgravia School and Knightsbridge School.
