Quicker Home Sales: London Property

According to the property portal Zoopla, pent up demand due to Coronavirus has meant that prime London properties are selling in a shorter amount of time.

Their findings show that in the 3 months between mid-May and mid-August, a 3 bed home typically sold in circa 24 days.

In mid-May 2019 to mid-August 2019, it typically took 36 days for a 3 bed home to sell.

The report also shows, unsurprisingly, that one bed flats are on the market for the longest period of time and are also the least desirable due to the effects of Coronavirus on buyer preferences…

That being said, they are still selling in a shorter amount of time than they have done, historically speaking.
